ESCONDIDO, Calif. (Oct. 19, 2012) – Stone Brewing Co. will celebrate San Diego Beer Week November 2 through 11 with a slew of beer-centric events at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens. Here's what the North County San Diego beer company has on tap:
Friday, November 2nd | 9am - 12pm
"Dr." Bill Sysak starts San Diego Beer Week early with a festival of off-the-hook rare beers and an absolutely amazing breakfast buffet.
Tickets are $65 per person (tax and gratuity included), which includes:
- 15 three-ounce tasters
- A commemorative glass
- 45 phenomenal rare beers
- Buffet of made-to-order omelets, crepes, pastries and more

Saturday, November 3rd | 11am - 11pm

Sunday, November 4th | 2pm - 4pm
Indulge in a veritable feast of decadent chocolate and beers paired by “Dr.” Bill Sysak. On the menu are 10 sinfully delicious chocolate truffles created by Stone’s renowned pastry chef, Tony Martin. Tickets are $44.71 per person (tax and gratuity included). To purchase tickets, click here.
Sunday, November 4th | 5pm - 8pm
The folks from Firestone Walker Brewing Co. are celebrating their anniversary at Stone for the fourth year in a row! Join Firestone Walker brewer Sam Tierney at the outside bar for an awesome party commemorating 16 years of brewing world-class beers. Monday, November 5th | 7pm - 9pm
Join Stone’s Ken Wright for the scoop on San Diego’s world-famous breweries and the industry’s upcoming stars. Tuesday, November 6th | 12pm - 2pm
Indulge in an over-the-top lunch break with Iron Fist’s head brewer, Brandon Sieminski, and Stone’s Steve Wagner and Mitch Steele. Chef Alex Carballo will cook five courses, and “Dr.” Bill Sysak will pair each one with two delicious craft beers – one from each brewery. Tickets are $49 per person (tax and gratuity included). Wednesday, November 7th | 5pm - 7pm

Join Cascade Brewing Co.’s Master Blender & Barrel Tender, Preston Weesner, for a spectacular six-course meal with Cascade beers paired by "Dr." Bill Sysak.
