announce that it has exercised it's contractual option with Escondido
Research and Technology Center (ERTC) developer JRM-ERTC, I, L.P. to build a
50,000 square foot building adjacent to the existing Stone Brewing facility
in the business park.
The new building will be utilized for the expansion of Stone Brewing's
growing business, providing needed warehousing and office uses.
"We contemplated the need for this additional square footage several years
ago when we first considered locating in the ERTC," said Stone Brewing
President and Brewmaster Steve Wagner. "Our continued growth does indeed
require this."
