Escondido, San Diego County, CA --- Most diners give little thought to the food that sits on their table other than how it tastes. And while everyone seems to agree that fresh is better, we seldom ask ourselves, "Just how fresh is it—really?" Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens invites you to experience a meal that in this day and age has all but been forgotten; a meal in which all items were picked, gathered, kegged, caught and/or killed THAT VERY DAY! For most folks, such a meal usually requires toiling on the farm, stomping through the woods, or rowing your dingy out into the bay. But there’s no need to get your hands grubby or don your snorkeling gear this time, as we’ll take care of that part for you. All you need to do is show up and enjoy.

Well, there is SOME activity involved. You will need to take a stroll over to the brewhouse floor so that you can draw a glass of beer direct from our fermenter in all its fresh, unfiltered glory!

Now, how’s that for fresh?

The "FRESH! II" dinner will be served "family style" on long tables set amidst the outdoor splendor of our Gardens. Additionally, as we are inviting them to participate, you will be dining with the actual farmers themselves! And for those who would rather not dine on something that was breathing just hours before, vegetarian options will of course be available. All the beers—and, oh yes, there most certainly will be fresh beer—to be paired with selected courses will have been either kegged or bottled earlier that day.
